Hand-illustrated with love

What began as illustration practice became something else the day Simon was born

The book began as a personal challenge — a way to get better at illustration, one animal at a time. Followed by a playful interactive game. Then Simon was born, and the project found its real purpose: a book made just for him.

Years later, Lukas decided to share it, curious whether other kids would find as much joy in it as Simon has.
